Served as lead web designer and project manager while redesigning MCCS’ legacy website. Instrumental in building a business proposal, which garnered executive support for a CMS upgrade to Ektron CMS400.net. Worked closely with CIO and CMO to gather requirements from 80 internal customers. Responsible for front-end design, content migration, and employee training. Managed developers and implementation teams, providing leadership and ongoing communication to key stakeholders. Concurrent with the redesign, I provided world-class customer service in my daily role and responsibilities of webmaster, resulting in various awards in 2012 including, Customer Service Award and MIS Special Award.
